Build the geometry of a closed magnetic fieldline from an input file.

Author
In a given file read the geometry of a closed magnetic fieldline. Interpole this input fieldline on a correct grid:
  • with the good number of points
  • start at curv1 so that alt(curv1) = altmin
  • end at curv2>curv1 so that alt(curv2) = altmin For cell centers and cell interface points, compute: (alt,curv,longeo,latgeo,surf,vol,dls_ds)
