I started my studies in Physics in Italy at the University of Padova. I earned a PhD in Physics jointly from the University of Padova and the University Paris 7. Then I wondered for a while around the word as a postdoc, spending three years at the Kavli Institute for Particle Astrophysics and Cosmology (KIPAC) of the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory/Stanford University in California, and two years at the Max-Planck-Institut für Kernphysik in Heidelberg, Germany. Since 2017 I am an associate astronomer of the Conseil National des Astronomes et Physiciens (CNAP), based at the Observatoire Midi-Pyrénées/Institut de Recherche en Astrophysique et Planétologie (IRAP), in Toulouse, France.
