Estimation of the distance distribution of classical novae

Using different spatial distribution of novae in the Galaxy, I have computed the frequency of novae closer than a given distance.

HF87: distribution proposed by Higdon & Fowler, 1987

VdK90: distribution proposed by Van der Kruit, 1990

KDF91: distribution proposed by Kent, Dame and Fazio, 1991

DJ94: distribution proposed by Dawson & Johnson, 1994
